We’re Sean and Shaunda Killingsworth — a husband-and-wife real estate team who are always on the go and passionate about helping others live life to the fullest along the Emerald Coast. Our story started back in high school, where a close friendship eventually grew into something more. Years later, that connection turned into a partnership rooted in faith, family, and adventure — and we’ve been chasing dreams together ever since.
Today, we call Gulf Breeze, Florida home, along with our four amazing kids. Our daughters are gifted musicians, and our sons are all about soccer and gaming — so there’s never a dull moment. You’ll often find us cheering from the sidelines, enjoying a beach sunset, or planning our next family adventure.
Three years ago, we took a leap of faith that completely changed our lives. We packed up, moved to Gulf Breeze, and dove headfirst into real estate and relocation. Our mission from day one has been simple — to help others create a life they love here on the Florida Panhandle. What began as a dream quickly became our full-time passion: helping families find their perfect beach home, guiding newcomers through the relocation process, and working with investors to reach their financial goals.
Along the way, we started investing ourselves and took on fix-and-flip projects with other local investors. Those experiences gave us hands-on knowledge about renovations, value, budgets, and what truly makes a home stand out. Today, we’re proud to serve our community by combining that experience with local expertise in Gulf Breeze, Navarre, and Pensacola Beach — helping buyers, sellers, and investors make confident, informed decisions.
